iCST
Individual Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (iCST) is an evidence-based program for people with mild to moderate dementia, adapted from group Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. It improves:

Cognition

Quality of life

The caregiving relationship

What is it?
One to one allocated time is set aside for the carer and person with dementia to carry out an activity:
- 
30-minute sessions 
- 
3 times a week 
- 
For 25 weeks 
Each session includes:
- 
A themed activity such as life stories, creative tasks, or discussing current events 
- 
Mental stimulation and meaningful interaction
